Aleris omsorg was the largest shareholder in Caretech AS. Through the acquisition of Caretech, OneCo strengthens its innovative power and expertise in welfare technology and care.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"We recognise that innovation companies such as Caretech are increasingly challenged by high investment requirements and the need to deliver solutions on a large scale in a safe and efficient manner.  OneCo has the resources and experience in areas that optimally complement Caretech.   For Caretech's existing customers, this will mean security for solutions and deliveries from OneCo, which has resources, strong finances and can develop the solution together with the customers.
