Ocean Vanguard is owned and operated by Diamond Offshore Drilling (UK) Ltd. in Aberdeen. Ocean Vanguard has previously held SUT under the name West Vanguard, when it was owned and operated by Smedvig.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Oceaneering<\/h3>\n<p>The assignment for Oceaneering is proceeding as planned.
